Repairs & Restoration
Water damage, holes, and settling cracks are work we do regularly โ not a specialty add-on. We cut out exactly what's damaged (and only what's damaged), replace it properly, and finish and texture-match it so well you won't be able to find the repair once it's painted. This includes tying new drywall into existing walls during a renovation, where the line between old and new work has to disappear completely.
What's Included
Water damage cutout and replacement, including checking for and flagging any underlying moisture or mold concerns before closing the wall back up
Patch repairs for holes, dents, and settling cracks
Renovation tie-ins โ blending new drywall into existing walls where layouts are changing
Full texture and paint-ready finish matched to the surrounding wall, not just a visible patch
How It Works
Assess the damage
We check how far the damage actually extends โ water and cracks often go further than what's visible on the surface โ before cutting anything.
Cut out and replace
We remove only what's damaged, replace it with properly fastened new board, and tape and finish the seams.
Texture and blend
Texture is matched to the surrounding wall so the repair disappears once it's painted โ not left as a visible patch.
Common Questions
We had a leak โ how do you know if the drywall actually needs to come out?
We check for softness, staining spread, and moisture behind the surface, not just what's visibly stained. If it's isolated, we can often patch a smaller area; if moisture has spread, cutting out more now prevents a mold problem later.
Will the repair be visible after it's painted?
Not if it's done right โ that's the whole point of matching texture and finish level to the surrounding wall instead of just patching and hoping the paint hides the difference.
